Apple TV+ has officially renewed the hit comedy series Loot for a third season, following the successful run of its second season, which premiered on April 3 and wrapped up on May 29. The renewal is a testament to the show’s popularity and the strong performances from its talented cast, led by Maya Rudolph.
Maya Rudolph, who stars as Molly Wells and serves as an executive producer, expressed her excitement about returning for another season. Executive producer Danielle Renfrew Behrens of Banana Split echoed her enthusiasm, highlighting the creative team’s eagerness to continue Molly’s journey.
Loot follows the story of Molly Wells, who, after finalizing her divorce from her tech billionaire husband (played by Adam Scott), becomes one of the wealthiest people in the world. The series delves into Molly’s attempts to navigate her newfound wealth and manage a charitable foundation she had long forgotten about.
