Walden native, James Moorhouse has been in the entertainment industry since his son Mason was born in 2007. International experience abroad in South Korea allowed James to be a part of “Hallyu” and “K-Pop” for over ten years. Mason helped start his career in film in South Korea as the main actor starring in “Baby and Me” with Jang Geun Suk. Working with various television shows, Mr. Moorhouse assisted his other two sons, Mavin and Maden gaining popularity with the show “Hello Baby” working closely with the girl group T-Ara. In 2016, Mr. Moorhouse aided Mason in his main role as a boy looking for his father abroad in the Korean/Chinese co-production of the film “Making Family” which also co-starred Kim Han Neul.
Joining Hideaway Pictures in 2017, with an aim to build strong Northern Ontario production teams. Assisting film and television productions have been a continual learning experience. “ I would like to see bigger shows come to Northern Ontario and I am proud to be part of a team that can provide opportunities for others and helps the lives of those in our communities.” He has supervising production credits for Christmas in Angel Falls, Christmas Encore (2017) as well as My Secret Valentine releasing in 2018.
