Cocoon (Feature Film)

Adam and Catherine, deeply in love, face challenges due to their differing cultural backgrounds. Adam’s religious parents, uneasy about Catherine being Catholic, and his sister Aesther, who views Catherine as privileged, add tension. Catherine, born in the Philippines and adopted by separated gay parents, brings her own complexities. As their families converge in Los Angeles for the wedding, tensions, jealousies, languages, and resentments intertwine. Can their cherished day withstand these trials?
