Project Summary:
The story centers on a new porter who forms an unlikely relationship with the youngest daughter of a prominent UK family. Simultaneously, the aristocratic Davenport family faces internal rivalries and the disaster of their eldest daughter’s wedding to her caddish cousin, resulting in a series of humorous and chaotic events.
