Project Summary:
Flappy Scott-Booth, the revered socialite of Badley Compton, finds her status threatened when the affluent Hedda Harvey-Smith arrives in the village with her husband Charles. Intent on asserting her dominance, Flappy sets out to school Hedda in village customs. Yet, her resolve weakens as she becomes enamored with Charles’s charm. Caught between her desire for social supremacy and her newfound attraction, Flappy navigates the complexities of human emotions.
