In the Blue

In the Blue is the next feature from writer-director duo Delilah Napier and Lucy Powers, following their Woodstock Film Festival award-winner Floating Carousel. Passage Pictures, led by producer Uri Singer, has secured the rights to the project, with Singer and Isabella Zanobini producing. The thriller-comedy follows Brie, a tutor offered a large sum to accompany her client Seth on his family's holiday yacht trip to the Exumas. Once aboard, buried resentments and family tensions turn the luxury voyage into a claustrophobic nightmare. Napier and Powers are Yale alumni who work under their Drama House Pictures banner, and are represented by UTA and Modern Literary Arts. No production timeline or casting has been announced yet.
