The 10th House

The 10th House is a Vietnamese folk horror feature currently in pre-production from ProductionQ, the studio behind Vietnamese Horror Story and The Soul Reaper. The project reunites director Tran Huu Tan and producer Hoang Quan, the creative duo credited with kickstarting Vietnam's period horror boom. The film draws on Vietnamese folk beliefs in which house builders allegedly conceal hidden spells within building structures during construction. The story follows a young man who begins documenting strange events in his home following his father's mysterious death, ultimately uncovering a forbidden ritual connected to the property and a chain of violent supernatural occurrences. Skyline Media has acquired worldwide sales rights and is introducing the title to buyers at the 2026 Cannes Film Market. Production and release details are expected to be announced following the market.
