Project Summary:
In post-war Bologna, a young psychopath turned aspiring writer falls in love with a US Army nurse named Barbara. She disappears after promising to marry an Italian man. The young man, living near her old home in the American Midwest, embarks on a quest to find her after her sister claims she’s dead, leading to an unexpected conclusion in Italy.
