Project Summary:
In the High Canadian Arctic, two RCMP, one a troubled transplant from the South, the other an Inuit with one foot in two worlds, investigate the murder of an environmentalist leader against the backdrop of international intrigue spanning three continents as the nation-members of the Arctic Council vie for precious resources.
