Project Summary:
The Seer follows Oak, an anti-hero residing in the Eastside of Loud City. He experiences lucid dreams that grow impossible to ignore. These visions become reality, awakening his divine calling, granting him clairvoyant insights and enhancing his abilities. With these powers, Oak seeks street justice, aiming to rid Loud City of corruption while forging new alliances along the way.
