12:01 Films is a Beverly Hills-based production company founded by producer Scott Glassgold that specializes in identifying, developing, and producing creator-driven IP — particularly short stories adapted into feature films. In February 2025, 12:01 Films expanded into publishing with the launch of 12:01 Books, a joint venture horror imprint with Atria/Emily Bestler Books (Simon & Schuster). 12:01 Films operates as a sister company to Glassgold's production management company, Ground Control.
