Alceon Entertainment Partners Pty Limited is an Australian proprietary company incorporated in August 2014 and registered for GST since 2015, operating as a film production financing and co-production entity based in Sydney, NSW. It is a subsidiary of Alceon Group, a multi-strategy alternative investment manager founded in 2010 with core divisions spanning real estate, private equity, credit, and listed equities. Alceon Entertainment Partners has co-produced and co-financed Australian independent feature films, most notably serving as an associate producing partner and financing contributor on martial arts action features produced by Spinning Plates Productions with support from Screen NSW. Its known trading name is 'Star Films', registered from May 2017.
