Bay Films is the primary feature film and commercial production company of director and producer Michael Bay, established following the success of The Rock (1996) with an initial two-picture deal with Disney. The company has produced Bay's most iconic blockbusters, including the Transformers franchise, Armageddon, Pearl Harbor, Bad Boys, 13 Hours, 6 Underground, and Ambulance, which collectively have grossed billions of dollars worldwide. Bay Films operates out of Santa Monica, California, and also handles Bay's commercial production work alongside his other entity, The Institute. The company is one of the most commercially successful single-director production banners in Hollywood history.
