Bleecker Street

Bleecker Street Media LLC is an independent New York City-based film distribution and production company founded in 2014 by Andrew Karpen, former co-CEO of Focus Features, and now led by CEO Kent Sanderson. The company specializes in theatrical releases of quality independent and arthouse films—so-called 'smart house' films—and has distributed nearly 100 titles including Logan Lucky, Captain Fantastic, Eye in the Sky, Trumbo, and Golda. In October 2025, Bleecker Street expanded its operations with the launch of Crosswalk, a bespoke event cinema and partnership distribution division focused on concert films, Broadway live captures, and event-driven theatrical releases.
