Brontë Film and TV

Brontë Film and Television Limited is a London-based British production company founded in 2012 by J.K. Rowling and her literary agent Neil Blair, established as a dedicated vehicle to develop and produce adaptations of Rowling's novels and works published under her pseudonym Robert Galbraith. The company is best known for producing the long-running BBC One/HBO Max detective drama Strike (based on the Cormoran Strike book series), as well as the Emmy-nominated The Casual Vacancy (BBC/HBO). Brontë also operates a sister company, Snowed-In Productions (founded 2014), which handles non-J.K. Rowling projects, and has a subsidiary, Harry Potter Theatrical Productions Ltd, which produces the stage play Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.
