Casting Department

The Casting Department is a strand of DABB, a UK-based performing arts collective dedicated to creating genuine opportunities for actors from Global Majority backgrounds across film, TV, theatre, and audio. It specialises in casting authentic Black, South Asian, East Asian, and other Global Majority performers, bridging the gap between talent and opportunity by offering inclusive, story-first casting processes. The division works with productions across film, TV, and stage, and supports its casting services with actor training, workshops, and networking events.
