Gummy Films is a Brooklyn-based independent film and commercial production company (also functioning as a post-production house) co-founded in 2019 by actress/producer Pauline Chalamet, editor/director Luca Balser, and producer/director Rachel Walden. The company operates as a director-forward collective committed to supporting independent voices in narrative features, short films, music videos, and commercials. Their debut feature What Doesn't Float (2023) premiered at the Lighthouse International Film Festival and received a theatrical release via Circle Collective, while their short Lemon Tree (2023) debuted at Cannes' Directors' Fortnight.
