Iervolino & Lady Bacardi Entertainment S.p.A. (ILBE) was a Rome-based Italian global production and distribution company founded in 2011 by Andrea Iervolino and Lady Monika Bacardi, specializing in feature films, TV shows, animated web series, and digital content with a Hollywood-style model. Listed on Euronext Growth Milan and Paris, ILBE was known for producing internationally recognized films such as Michael Mann's Ferrari, Lamborghini: The Man Behind the Legend, Waiting for the Barbarians, To the Bone, Modi, and In the Fire, frequently featuring A-list Hollywood talent. Following a bitter split between its co-founders in late 2024, the company was successively renamed Lady Bacardi Media S.p.A. and then Sipario Movies S.p.A., before entering liquidation proceedings in early 2025 following financial and governance irregularities.
