It's a Laugh Productions, Inc. is an American television production company owned by The Walt Disney Company and operating as a division of Disney Kids & Family (Disney Entertainment Television). Founded on November 3, 2003, by Don Mink and Amy Rabins — former executives at Brookwell McNamara Entertainment — the company produces live-action children's and teen sitcoms and sketch comedies for Disney Channel and Disney XD. It is the dominant supplier of scripted live-action content for Disney Channel, with a total episode output exceeding 1,000 by 2025, and is responsible for flagship franchises including Hannah Montana, Wizards of Waverly Place, The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, Jessie, Good Luck Charlie, and their successors.
