Kirk Shaw

Kirk Shaw is one of North America's most prolific award-winning film and television producers, with over 250 credits spanning more than 30 years. He is currently Co-President of Ambitious Entertainment, a fully integrated IP-acquisition and packaging studio with offices in Los Angeles and Vancouver, focused on producing high-concept content for streamers, major studios, and international markets. Shaw is best known for his producing role on the Oscar-winning The Hurt Locker and for building Insight Film Studios into Canada's largest independent production company. He was inducted into the British Columbia Entertainment Hall of Fame in 2017.
