About
Limbo Productions I LLC is a special-purpose production entity created by The Walt Disney Company (via its Marvel subsidiary MVL Productions LLC) for the production of the Disney+ original series Loki (Marvel Cinematic Universe). The LLC was incorporated in California on August 15, 2019, with a parallel UK entity (Limbo Productions I UK Limited) registered in Hammersmith, London in April 2021 to handle UK-based production activities. As is standard practice for major studio productions, the entity serves as the dedicated legal and financial production vehicle for the Loki series and its associated seasons.
