Media Finance Capital

Established in January 2018, Media Finance Capital (MFC) is a London-based independent film and TV debt financing company, exclusively backed by UK investment firm Dorfman Media Holdings. MFC provides bespoke senior and mezzanine debt financing as well as executive producing services worldwide for independent film and television productions, lending against receivables such as tax credits, distributor presales, broadcaster license fees, and streaming license fees. To date, MFC has financed more than 60 film and TV projects ranging from low-budget independent films to mid-budget productions of approximately $50 million, deploying in excess of $100 million into the sector.
