Netop Films

Netop Films is a boutique Icelandic production company founded by Grímar Jónsson to produce and co-produce feature films and documentaries. The company is best known for award-winning films including Rams (2015, Un Certain Regard winner at Cannes), Under the Tree (2017, Venice), and The County (2019, TIFF), with its films collectively winning over 50 international awards. Composer and entrepreneur Atli Örvarsson joined as a partner and board member in 2024, adding an international music industry dimension to the company's slate.
