New England Studios

New England Studios (NE Studios) is a full-service, purpose-built film and television production facility located in Devens, Massachusetts, approximately 40 minutes outside of Boston. Established in 2012 and opened in 2014, the studio sits on 15.7 acres and features four contiguous 18,000 sq. ft. NC25-rated soundstages, 30,000 sq. ft. of production offices, 33,500 sq. ft. of mill buildings, and an on-site Lighting & Grip rental department. It is the only large-scale, purpose-built studio complex in Massachusetts and serves as the premier destination for productions seeking to leverage the Massachusetts 25% film tax credit.
