Original Productions, LLC (OP) is a Burbank-based, Fremantle-owned unscripted television production company founded in 1999 by Thom Beers. Widely regarded as one of the largest and most prolific producers of factual/reality content in the US, OP is best known for landmark series such as Deadliest Catch, Ice Road Truckers, Storage Wars, and Ax Men. The company produces hundreds of hours of programming annually for Discovery, History, A&E, truTV, Netflix, and other platforms, and its shows air in more than 180 countries worldwide.
