About
PYM Particles Productions III LLC is a special-purpose production entity formed by Marvel Studios (via its MVL Productions LLC subsidiary) on September 10, 2019, and registered in California (and originally incorporated in Delaware), to serve as the dedicated production company for 'Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania' (2023). Following the naming convention established by 'Pym Particles Productions LLC' (Ant-Man, 2015) and 'Pym Particles Productions II LLC' (Ant-Man and the Wasp, 2018), this entity is the third in the series. The film was produced by Kevin Feige and Stephen Broussard, directed by Peyton Reed, and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures.
