Rhode Island Ave. Productions is the vanity production banner of Dan Fogelman, the Emmy-nominated creator and showrunner best known for the hit NBC drama 'This Is Us' (2016–2022). The company is named after a street in West Los Angeles where Fogelman and his longtime collaborator and producing partner Jess Rosenthal once lived. Operating under an overall deal at 20th Television, the banner produces prestige network and streaming drama and comedy, with active projects at Hulu including 'Paradise' and the NFL family drama series 'The Land,' as well as executive producer credits on Hulu's 'Only Murders in the Building.'
