S&S Productions

S&S Productions Inc. is a Canadian television production company incorporated on April 1, 1980 by comedian Steve Smith and his wife Morag Smith, originally formed to produce their sketch comedy series Smith & Smith. The company is best known for producing all 15 seasons (300+ episodes) of The Red Green Show (1991–2006) and owns the rights to the television property and its merchandise. Beyond Red Green, S&S diversified into numerous other television series including History Bites, Sons of Butcher, An American in Canada, and lifestyle programming, as well as the feature film Duct Tape Forever (2002). The company also operates an international distribution division and, through its affiliate S&S Executive Services, provides financing, administration, and post-production services.
