SE3 Productions Inc. is a Canadian television production company best known as the production entity behind SYFY's supernatural drama series SurrealEstate, created and showrun by George R. Olson. The company's productions have aired on SYFY in the US and CTV Sci-Fi in Canada, with seasons also streaming on Hulu and Crave. Season 3 (2025) was produced in Ottawa, Ontario, following the first two seasons shot in Newfoundland.
