ShivHans Pictures, founded by producer Shivani Rawat, is an independent production, finance, and distribution company based in New York and Los Angeles that creates unique and compelling feature films, television, and theatre. The company champions inclusive and engaging storytelling through collaborations with top-tier talent both on screen and behind the camera, focusing on projects that fall outside the typical Hollywood studio model. In 2019 the company expanded into distribution via a co-distribution partnership with Bleecker Street, and in 2022 moved into live theatre, co-producing two Tony-nominated Broadway musicals. ShivHans holds a first-look film deal with Academy Award-nominated actor Dev Patel and his company Minor Realm.
