SimonSays Entertainment is a New York-based production company founded in 2009 by the late Ron Simons with the mission to 'Tell Every Story®,' developing projects for film, television, and live theatre that center the experiences of underrepresented communities including people of color, LGBTQIA+, women, the disabled, and seniors. The company gained industry recognition for producing multiple critically acclaimed Sundance films and four Tony Award-winning Broadway productions, making founder Ron Simons the highest African-American Tony Award-winning producer of all time. Ron Simons, the company's founder and CEO, passed away unexpectedly on June 12, 2024, at the age of 63; the company's operational status following his death is uncertain.
