Smashing Dandelions

Smashing Dandelions is a Paris-based film and television production company founded in 2024 by Peabody Award-winning writer/producer/director Michael Bronner (The Mauritanian, United 93, Captain Phillips) and writer/producer Bhakti Shringarpure. The company specializes in bold, globally resonant stories rooted in historical events and in-depth journalism, as well as literary adaptations. It is currently executive producing Nuur (dir. Lula Ali Ismaïl, starring Sabrina Elba) and developing a feature adaptation of Fatin Abbas's novel Ghost Season.
