Springhill Entertainment

SpringHill Entertainment is a premium scripted and unscripted film and television production company founded in 2007 by LeBron James and Maverick Carter, named after the Akron, Ohio housing complex where James grew up. Originally operating as a standalone production banner, it was consolidated in 2020 under The SpringHill Company umbrella alongside digital media brand Uninterrupted and brand consultancy The Robot Company. In February 2025, The SpringHill Company merged with UK-based Fulwell 73 to form Fulwell Entertainment, a global media and entertainment powerhouse with offices in Los Angeles, New York, London, and Sunderland. SpringHill Entertainment remains an active production label within the Fulwell Entertainment umbrella, known for culturally inspired, empowerment-driven content across film, television, and digital platforms.
