Susan Cartsonis

Susan Cartsonis is an American film producer and co-founder/partner of Resonate Entertainment, a Los Angeles–based production company focused on inclusive, female-driven stories. She is best known for producing blockbusters including What Women Want (the highest-grossing romantic comedy at the time of its release) and Where the Heart Is, and more recently Netflix's True Spirit and Amazon's Sitting in Bars with Cake. Prior to her independent producing career, she spent nearly a decade at 20th Century Fox, rising to Senior VP of Production, and also served as President of Wind Dancer Films and founder of Storefront Pictures.
