tbd casting co. is a female-powered, New York City–based casting company founded in 2017/2018 by Casting Directors Stephanie Yankwitt and Margaret Dunn. The company casts across all mediums—Film, Television, Theatre (Broadway, Off-Broadway, and regional)—and is strongly committed to inclusion, diversity, and casting that mirrors the real world. It serves as the Resident Casting Office for Soho Rep and Tectonic Theater Project, and has cast notable projects including the Pulitzer Prize-winning play Fairview, the 2024 Sundance Grand Jury Prize–winning film In The Summers, and the Disney+ series Growing Up executive produced by Brie Larson.
