TF1 Films Production

TF1 Films Production is the cinema production subsidiary of the French media giant TF1 Group, incorporated in December 1980 as a société par actions simplifiée (SAS). It serves as TF1 Group's vehicle for fulfilling its French cinema investment obligations and has co-produced or financed dozens of major French and international films, including La Vie en Rose (for which Marion Cotillard won the Academy Award for Best Actress), The Intouchables, and the Taxi franchise. Operating under the broader Studio TF1 / Studio TF1 Cinéma umbrella, TF1 Films Production continues as an autonomous entity within the group while its wider distribution and sales activities are coordinated through Studio TF1 Cinéma, which is targeting production of 10–15 films per year by 2027 and launching its own theatrical distribution in France in 2026.
