Umbrella Entertainment (trading as Umbrella since 2025) is a 100% Australian-owned independent film distributor and producer founded in 2001 by Managing Director Jeff Harrison, operating across theatrical, home entertainment, digital, and streaming distribution for Australia and New Zealand. The company holds a back catalogue of over 1,500 titles and is widely regarded as Australia's foremost curator of classic Australian cinema and Ozploitation films, having restored over 100 titles in 4K/2K in collaboration with the National Film & Sound Archive. In 2023, Umbrella launched Brollie, a free ad-supported streaming platform dedicated to Australian film and TV, and in 2025 expanded into game publishing with the launch of Umbrella Gaming.
