Adam Steinman is a veteran international television formats and acquisitions executive currently serving as EVP, Global Formats and Acquisitions at Blink49 Studios (a Fifth Season-backed Canadian production group), based in Los Angeles. He previously spent over 13 years at Warner Bros. International Television Production as VP of Creative, Format, Development & Sales, playing a key role in the global rollout of formats including The Bachelor, Impractical Jokers, and Who Do You Think You Are?. After departing Warner Bros. in 2023, he founded Mount Royal Films LLC and secured a multi-year overall deal with Walt Disney Television Alternative before joining Blink49 in January 2025. Earlier in his career he held senior development roles at Tiger Aspect USA and Lion Television.
