About

Brunson Green (born November 1967) is an American film and television producer and founder/president of Harbinger Pictures, a feature film production company he established in 1996, based in Los Angeles and Austin, TX. A native of Jackson, Mississippi and childhood friend of director Tate Taylor, he is best known for producing the Academy Award-nominated Best Picture The Help (2011), which grossed over $200 million worldwide, earning him Oscar, BAFTA, PGA, and Black Reel Award recognition. His subsequent credits include A United Kingdom (2016), Walking Out (2017), and the Colleen Hoover adaptation Regretting You (2025) for Paramount Pictures, as well as executive producing the Netflix limited series Kings of America alongside Amy Adams and Adam McKay.
