She is President of Goldsmith-Thomas Productions and a longtime producing partner with Jennifer Lopez at Nuyorican Productions and Halle Berry at 606 Films, with credits including Hustlers, Maid in Manhattan, Second Act, and Kiss of the Spider Woman. In 2025, she published her debut novel Climbing in Heels and is adapting it for a Peacock pilot, while continuing to develop multiple film and TV projects through Nuyorican Productions.
