Jake Casey (he/they) is a Syracuse, NY-based producer and co-founder of The Dazey Phase, a production, sales, and distribution company focused on inclusive and responsible storytelling across scripted and non-fiction. A Syracuse native and West Genesee High School alumnus, Casey transitioned into film production after a career as a professional ballet dancer with companies including Cincinnati Ballet, Ballet Idaho, and the Metropolitan Opera Guild. He is known for his producing work on And Just Like That… (2021), Monsterland (2020), and Heightened Scrutiny (2025), and currently serves as co-production partner on the psychological thriller House on Fire directed by Kareem J. Mortimer.
