Jason C. Cherubini, DBA, CPA, CMA, CGMA is an American film producer, co-founder and CFO/COO of Dawn's Light Media (also known as Dawn's Light Movies), an independent production and financing company based in Washington, DC and Los Angeles that has produced and distributed over 40 feature films across action, thriller, and made-for-TV genres including theatrical releases Black Water (2018) and Money Plane (2020). He concurrently serves as Executive-in-Residence and Assistant Teaching Professor in Finance at Loyola University Maryland's Sellinger School of Business, and is the founder of management consulting firm Seraphim Associates International. Cherubini holds a DBA from the University of South Florida and MBA/Master of Accounting degrees from Tulane University, and his work in film and entrepreneurship has been covered by The Hollywood Reporter, Forbes, and MSN.
