Jennifer Venditti (CSA) is a New York City-based casting director and filmmaker who founded her agency JV8INC in 1998, pioneering street casting by blending professional and nonprofessional actors to discover extraordinary talent. She is known for her landmark work on HBO's Euphoria, Uncut Gems, American Honey, C'mon C'mon, and Marty Supreme, collaborating with directors including Josh Safdie, Mike Mills, Andrea Arnold, Yorgos Lanthimos, and Nathan Fielder. In 2026, she received a historic nomination for the inaugural Best Casting Oscar at the 98th Academy Awards for Marty Supreme. She is also the director of the award-winning documentary Billy the Kid (2007) and author of Can I Ask You a Question: The Art and Alchemy of Casting (A24, 2022).
