Jordan Horowitz is an Academy Award-nominated film and television producer and co-founder, with his wife writer-director Julia Hart, of the production company Original Headquarters. He is best known for producing La La Land (2016), which earned 14 Academy Award nominations and 6 wins, as well as The Kids Are All Right (2010) and I'm Your Woman (2020). A Northwestern University graduate (Communication '02), he previously produced at Gilbert Films alongside Gary Gilbert before establishing Original Headquarters in 2016, which has an active slate at Netflix including Don't Say Good Luck (2025) and Better Than the Movies (in development). He is also widely recognized for his gracious handling of the Best Picture envelope mix-up at the 89th Academy Awards.
