Kari Skogland is a Canadian Emmy-nominated, BAFTA award-winning director, showrunner, and writer based in Los Angeles. She is the CEO and co-founder of Mad Rabbit Productions, a joint venture with Red Arrow Entertainment focused on premium international drama. Her landmark credits include directing all 6 episodes of Marvel's The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, piloting The Loudest Voice (Showtime), and directing The Handmaid's Tale (Hulu), for which she won a BAFTA and received an Emmy nomination. Her most recent work includes Pilot Director and EP on Apple TV+'s Smoke (2025) and EP/Pilot Director on Apple TV+'s 12 12 12.
