Lilly Burns is an Emmy-nominated and Peabody Award-winning television producer who co-founded Jax Media in 2011 alongside Tony Hernandez and John Skidmore, building it into a major comedy production banner behind hits including Broad City, Russian Doll, Inside Amy Schumer, Search Party, and Emily in Paris. Following the sale of Jax Media to Imagine Entertainment — where she and Hernandez served as co-Presidents — Burns departed in 2023 and co-founded Counterpart Studios, where she serves as Chief Creative Officer alongside CEO Tony Hernandez and President Elise Henderson.
