About

Mark A. Radcliffe is an American film producer, production manager, and assistant director born October 7, 1952, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He co-founded 1492 Pictures in 1994 alongside director Chris Columbus and Michael Barnathan, building one of Hollywood's most prolific family-entertainment production companies behind franchises including Harry Potter, Home Alone, Night at the Museum, Percy Jackson, and The Christmas Chronicles. His career began as a production manager on Rock 'n' Roll High School (1979) and expanded through AD credits on films by Francis Ford Coppola, John Hughes, and Jerry Zucker before moving into producing. In 2018, 1492 Pictures โ€” including Radcliffe as a named partner โ€” signed a multi-year first-look deal with Netflix.
