Rachel Tenner, CSA, is a Los Angeles-based casting director who has worked in the industry since 1994, beginning her career at Jane Brody Casting in Chicago before co-founding Tenner Paskal Casting in 1996 and establishing her own company, Rachel Tenner Casting, in 2010. She is best known for her long-running collaboration with director Ben Stiller, casting all seasons of FX's Fargo (for which she won a Primetime Emmy and received multiple additional Emmy nominations), Apple TV+'s Severance, and the 2025 theatrical release A Minecraft Movie.
