Ronna Kress is a veteran Hollywood casting director with over 100 credits across major studio films and television, known for her long-running collaboration with director Baz Luhrmann on films including Moulin Rouge!, The Great Gatsby, and the upcoming Jehanne d'Arc. She began her career in New York doing extras casting on Woody Allen films before moving to Los Angeles to work as an associate to Warner Bros.' Marion Dougherty and later David Rubin. From 2016 to early 2020 she served as Executive Vice President of Casting at 20th Century Fox Film, and subsequently returned to running her own independent company, Ronna Kress Casting, based in Beverly Hills.
