Spencer Berman is a Los Angeles-based producer and President of Copper Cup Entertainment, the banner he has helmed since April 2021. He previously served as Jack Black's producing partner at Electric Dynamite and as Head of Television at ACE Entertainment (behind Netflix's To All the Boys franchise), where he oversaw the Nickelodeon reboot of Are You Afraid of the Dark?. Earlier in his career he was a creative executive at Lorne Michaels' Broadway Video, overseeing production of the first season of the FX series Man Seeking Woman. His recent credits include the dark comedy Happily (2021) and A Very Jonas Christmas Movie (2025) for Disney+.
